TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read and agree to all terms and conditions before requesting and/or booking an appointment with Master Mobile Detailing. Once a booking is confirmed all customers are responsible for adhering to the following:

 

Booking Terms & Conditions:

  • We ask that all customers remove all personal belongings, money, and/or other significant items from their vehicle before any type of detailing. Please remove all baby car seats from the vehicle. 

  • Master Mobile Detailing will not accept any liability for any damage to aftermarket accessories that are not removed from the vehicle prior to service. 

  • Master Mobile Detailing will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including vehicle being serviced or to the location of service. Please be aware of the location the vehicle is being serviced and that this location is a safe and lawful area. If you have any concerns please speak to a technician prior to any detailing. 

  • All vehicles are cleaned at the customer's own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes.

  • Additional surcharges for excessive pet hair, biological waste, or other hazardous materials, larger vehicles, excessive damages, or other issues may apply.

  • Master Mobile Detailing does not accept any liability for discharged batteries during or after the service has been completed. Please inspect your vehicle after service is complete to assure all lights have been turned off.

  • Our detailing times are an estimate only. We ask customers to allow an hour window from scheduled appointment time. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time than expected. 

  • We reserve the right to use an independent contractor to perform your auto detailing.

  • We reserve the right to take a debit or credit card at time of booking to secure that time slot and collect a 25% deposit. Debit or credit cards will be processed by Stripe.com

  • We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with our staffing and/or weather conditions and/or machinery or equipment failure. 

  • All vehicles are cleaned at the customer's own risk

  • All bookings placed require address, phone number, type of vehicle, and package. 

  • Services may be canceled at any time at the discretion of Master Mobile Detailing. 

  • Master Mobile Detailing reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

  • Master Mobile Detailing will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances and will take necessary actions should any of these behaviors occur. 

 

Communications Terms & Conditions

  • A confirmation text message will be sent when your booking has been placed. Through this text you can make any changes or cancellations of booking through the link provided (see cancellation policy)

  • Master Mobile Detailing will call and/or send a text message when they are on their way to your appointment.

  • Master Mobile Detailing will call and/or send a text message when service is complete.

  • Master Mobile Detailing reserves the right to leave the location if the customer has not responded within 10  minutes of service being completed to adhere to scheduling demands. 

  • If you are not available and/or present when detail is complete an officer manager will contact you to go over service for that day and collect payment over the phone using a debit or credit card. Receipts will then be sent to customers via email and/or text message.

 

Cancellation Terms & Conditions

  • We require 24 hours notice to cancel any detailing service. 

  • Failure to provide a 24 hour advance notice cancellation will result in a minimum charge of 25% of the service cost.

  • Same Day appointments that are canceled will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost. 

  • Master Mobile Detailing reserves the right to take full payment if a detailing is canceled on the day without prior agreement. 

  • Master Mobile Detailing reserves the right to alter or change a booking time/date without penalty but whenever possible will let the customer know

  • Master Mobile Detailing reserves the right to alter a booking or move a booking due to staff levels, weather conditions, and/or equipment malfunction or failure without penalty to the company. 

  • If a vehicle is not present at the time and location of service this will result in the full value of the service being charged. 

 

Service Guarantee 

  • If there is a probable and clear cause that the service technician did not fulfill the package or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will at our cost refund or redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion or the service.

  • Cleaning or repairing the vehicle personally or professionally after the initial service without authorization from Master Mobile Detailing voids our Service Guarantee. Redos, refunds, or reimbursements will not be made after any unauthorized cleaning or repairs. 

  • Refusing a redo appointment for the unsatisfactory portion of your service limits any refunds to 20% of the value of your service. 

  • Failure to disclose at the time of service any conditional issues that involve heavy stains, foul odors, human or animal biological waste, mold, mildew, chemical spills, chemical overspray or any other hazardous materials voids our service guarantee. No refunds, redos, or any additional work will be performed outside the original package. 

  • Some issues may require services beyond those you ordered. Refusing the services recommended by your on-site technician may invalidate the service guarantee. 

  • Only services included in your order and additional services by Master Mobile Detailing are covered under our service guarantee. Any services not authorized are at the customer's own risk.

  • Payment is due at the completion of your service. Refusal or failure to pay for your service invalidates our service guarantee and any redo services or discounts are at the sole discretion of Master Mobile Detailing. 

  • Any claims must be filed within 48 hours of the completion of the service by emailing masteringdetails@gmail.com. Pictures of the unsatisfactory portion of the service must be emailed to masteringdetails@gmail.com within 24 hours of the claim being made. 

 

Gift Certificates

  • For payer verification purposes, gift certificates have a 48 hour holding period before they can be redeemed for services.

  • Gift certificates can only be used once per vehicle per service.

  • Gift certificates can not be combined or redeemed with any other additional discounts, coupons, or promotions. 

  • The final price for services rendered may exceed the value of this gift certificate.

  • Additional charges may apply to the redeemer if they choose a package that exceeds the cash value of their gift certificate

  • Additional surcharges for excessive pet hair, biological waste, or other hazardous materials, larger vehicles, excessive damages, or other issues may apply.

  • Gift certificates reflect a cash value. Prices for services may adjust due to seasonality, location, inflation, or demand.

  • Any balances for services ordered are due at time of service and do not include additional services, tax, or gratuity.

  • After 6 months of non-use the gift certificate is non-refundable.
